Felicity Luca.
Felicity Luca was born in San Diego California on July 9th, 1991 making her eighteen years of age. She was called by the Watcher's Council when she was fourteen years old a year after Buffy Summers and Willow Rosenberg had cast the original spell turning all potentials into slayers. She was taken first to London where she was trained under the newly built Watcher's Council. At first Felicity was apprehensive about her calling as a Chosen One and she was often stubborn or mouthy. She missed her family, friends and hated the foggy weather of London after living her entire life in sunny San Diego. Not to mention facing death on a nightly basis, that was enough to make anyone hesitant. However eventually she fell into her role and slowly but surely she matured into a lovely responsible young lady. She stayed in London for a two years before she was sent to Milan. It was safe to say that Felicity liked Milan a lot more than London, while she was in the city she fell in love with it. One of her hobbies is fashion so the shopping was enough to make her want to set up shop and stay forever. But ironically enough the young slayer progressed and evolved into a natural. Milan is where her prophetic dreams began-before they were foggy and vague but as in Italy they started to come more vivid and clear to the girl. After two years in Milan the Council has opted to transfer Felicity to the new Hellmouth in Cleveland, Ohio, a move she was very nervous about. She'd seen action before and she was somewhat seasoned but a Hellmouth was a whole different ball game. On the plane ride over Fel was already starting to panic some since she'd overheard horror stories from wounded slayers who'd been transferred back to Italy and London. The Cleveland Hellmouth was said to be even worse than the infamous Sunnydale one and Felicity wasn't sure she was ready for it. She had no choice. When she arrived into town she was greeted by a vampire right off the bat who'd been wandering around the air-port looking for a snack. The slayer realized then just what she'd gotten herself into. Felicity is usually a very bubbly, bright and vivacious girl with the same dreams and aspirations as many. She's accepted her fate as a slayer but she still wishes to be something more one day. Her biggest flaw is her hardheaded and her impatient nature. Felicity want's instant coffee instant tea and this is often one of her biggest down falls. Fel can also be a little on the vain side, always carrying a brush, mirror and make up on her along with her weapons. Her other hobbies include designing clothes and baking, her weapon on choice is a cross bow but she always carries a stake. She's been at the Cleveland Hellmouth for around two weeks and she's still getting use to all the action.
